RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return goods in original condition for a refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returned goods must be unopened in their original packaging with tags on. In all other cases, all sales are final.  

Returns can be mailed to the Party. return center.  Email: partyon@partybrand.ca for address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any items you wish to return and we will not reimburse you for the same. Please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged, so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be damaged or used, then we may refuse to provide a refund.  

Refunds will be credited via an in-store coupon that is worth the item's original price. Once the item is received at the Party. brand return center, the coupon will then be emailed to the recipient. The coupon will exclude the initial delivery cost. Please note that the refund time frame may vary depending on the shipping method and processing times.
